The Quickest way to receive your products is to pay by the Online Shop or by giving payment details via the phone at 0400693156. If you know what you want and are in a hurry, you can shop online. Your information goes via a secure Australian site. You can also pay via PayPal; you need to email me when payment has been made by
Cheque or money order by arrangement; however, goods will not be sent until the cheque is cleared
Online orders are always my priority, as the bags are paid for when you order.
These orders are usually sent within 5 to 7 days of an order being placed.
The post-out time on the offline option will vary as to the payment method you will use.
We will exchange bags if you have selected the wrong size, but I am not responsible for postage costs. Bags must be returned unused and packed the same way they were sent originally within the 14-day return policy. Please choose your colours carefully.
We will cover the postage cost for returns if we are at fault. We will replace the bag or refund the sale if we have made a mistake with an order. If you have made a mistake with your order, you need to email email@example.com directly and immediately. We will not take responsibility for postage costs on bag exchanges if we do not receive notification before delivery. We will not refund if the purchaser decides they no longer want the item, and we will not pay postage on returns if you change the size.

Australia Post is the cheapest and sometimes the quickest way to send orders.
Parcels are delivered directly to the post office in Meandarra.
Postage goes out on Wednesdays and Fridays from my business address.
You must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to a valid address at our expense.
We will arrange to deliver your order within 7 to 14 working days. However, provisionally, orders may be delayed, and you will be notified when this happens. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to postage days, but we are happy to estimate the time.
The customer is responsible for informing us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with the courier or Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Instead, replacement items will be shipped according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order or a refund.

When you order through this website, we need to know your name, email, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us maintain your account.
